QOTSA frontman Josh Homme and The Distillers frontwoman Brody Dalle have officially announced that they are expecting a child. [as said above]
Despite the couple's reticence to discuss their personal lives, a spokesperson for Dalle admitted that she is expecting a child and they are engaged to be married.
"Joshua and Brody are expecting their first little baby girl," says the moustachioed bean-spiller. "They call each other 'momma' and 'daddy'. Brody is almost five months pregnant. Hughes has also penned a song. 'The Ballad of Queen B and Baby Duck' - Homme's nickname - in celebration of their punk rock romance. The song will feature on the band's forth-coming album. 'Death By Sexy'. It's a fairy tale, love-charm song," explains Hughes. "When people want to start a family, that's a amazing thing in this world today - when pregnancy isn't accidental and they really form that bond, it's a beautiful thing."

I don't know what to say o_O; Good for him, I guess...

Kim "Chi" Feulleman [Original Distillers Bassist] is part of the cast along with band members from Rancid, Green Day, Transplants and loads others, in "Live Freaky Die Freaky".......so I guess she probably has a part in the movie. Rad. Anywho the film is out on DVD on 31st Jan. If you wanna buy it. More info

1. from a very reliable source, which of course i can't share, says she's having a baby girl, and she'll be named Camille (can't remember the exact spelling, sorry.)
2. brody herself said a couple of days ago that she hasn't given birth yet, but she's soooooo close.
3. brody calls herself momma bear and josh papa ducky, but that's pretty common knowledge.

if you haven't heard by now , my sweet love, camille was born on tuesday. her birth was very long and tedious but there were very few complications and it was all worth it. she is doing fine and thoughi'm sure it wsa a bit of a shock to come into the world after bening in a small warm cushy place for 9 months she is adjusting well. dada is thrilled and held my hand the whole time
